Wharf Amphitheater Rules

The Wharf Amphitheater has a list of rules and policies in place to help ensure the safety of event attendees and deliver a high-quality venue experience. The Wharf Amphitheater is a cashless venue, so please make sure you have a method of electronic card payment if you wish to make any purchases at the venue. All major credit cards are accepted.

Before you visit The Wharf Amphitheater, reading through the rules and policies will help you to plan for your event.

Weather policies

It is very rare that an event at The Wharf Amphitheater gets canceled, so you should come prepared. The weather in Orange Beach is generally warm and sunny for most of the year but July sees the highest rainfall, so you should check the weather forecast and wear suitable footwear and a poncho or raincoat if rain is expected. Umbrellas are not allowed into the venue and the seating is not covered, so on hot days you may want to wear sunscreen.

Accessibility Policy

The Wharf Amphitheatre is proud to offer ADA-compliancies for guests with special accommodation needs. These include wheelchair seating available throughout the venue, as well as staff that is ready to help as required. For more information or to discuss further ADA-needs, please call 251-224-1020

Arrival Policy

For most events, it is recommended that guests arrive no later than 30 minutes before an event’s start time. For some concerts and special events, late arrivals may be asked to wait before entry for an appropriate break period.

Bag Policy

Large bags are not allowed in the venue, and smaller bags will be subject to a bag search. Backpacks are strictly forbidden.

Clear tote bags no larger than 12” x 12” x 8” and small bags no larger than 5” x 7” are allowed.

Camera Policy

Flash photography, video or audio recording devices, and professional cameras with detachable lenses are strictly prohibited for all performances. Standard or nonprofessional cameras are only allowed if both the venue and artist provides public authorization and will be noted in the program guide or description.

Cancellation Policy

Usually, events and shows are never canceled since the show must go on. But if a show is canceled or postponed due to weather or artist cancellation you can request a refund or reschedule of your ticket at 251-224-1020.

Lost and Found Policy

Lost an item at an event? You can ask event staff for help with finding the lost and found service. You can also call 251-224-1020 after the performance. Please be prepared to leave your full name, contact information, and a detailed description of your lost item.

The Wharf Amphitheatre does not claim responsibility for your lost possessions.

Prohibited Items

To keep guests and staff safe, The Wharf Amphitheatre prohibits the following items from the venue. If a prohibited item is found during a search, it may be disposed of or returned to the owner’s vehicle.

» No outside beverages, food, or alcohol

» No backpacks

» No video or audio recorders

» No laser pointers

» No strollers

Re-entry Policy

The Wharf Amphitheatre has a strict No Re-entry policy.

Refund Policy

Unless a show is postponed or canceled, all sales are final. If a show is postponed or canceled, please call the box office at 251-224-1020 to ask about a refund or reschedule.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is not allowed inside the venue or within 300 feet of the entrances. Smoking of cigarettes, pipes, vapes, or any other smoking paraphernalia is not allowed in the venue or within 300 feet of any entrance. The Amphitheater has designated smoking areas, which are clearly signed.
